CONTEXT

A full CRM, an opaque pipeline.

Heex Technologies is a tech scale-up with a fast-growing sales team. The CRM held all the data — but raw, scattered, and without an immediate business read. Weekly check-ins ran on parallel Excel extracts, recompiled by hand, one day late.

The leadership wanted one screen that answers four questions: who is doing what, what is late, which deals to prioritise, and which of our calls actually follow our script?

A discreet ETL pipeline, an obvious dashboard.

On the plumbing side, we set up an automatic feed from the CRM (deals, activities, meetings, tasks, call transcripts) into an analytical warehouse. Transcripts go through an AI scoring module that compares the actual call to the Heex sales script (discovery, qualification, demo, objection handling, closing) and produces a 0–100 score plus improvement points.

On the visible side, a clear dashboard, filterable by team and period, that you open every morning in 30 seconds instead of 30 minutes on Friday evening.
